Celtic Works is a residential building company dedicated to the craft of fine home building. The owners, John Strevens and David Barry, are craftsmen from Ireland. They founded Celtic Works in 1999. Since that time they have enjoyed working with a wide variety of clients, from those who want a simple addition to those building large custom homes.  They are involved in both residential and commercial work.

When most people think about construction, they are immediately reminded of a nightmare experience, complete with surprise costs and a lack of communication.  Doesn’t sound much like an enjoyable journey.  What stands between pre-construction planning and the final product is Celtic Works’ specialty – a building process that is open and well managed.  Our knowledgeable and experienced project managers and subcontractors utilize scheduling and formal quality controls at every important stage of construction and communicate with clients every step of the way.  The result?  Not only the highest quality finished product consistent with the budget, but also the satisfaction of completing a construction journey that was actually enjoyable.

After

Even with a smooth building process, most people tend to get a little anxious as they near project completion.  After all, the final product and bill will be the ultimate tests of fulfillment.  That’s why Celtic Works will conduct an orientation of your project, making sure you are completely satisfied with everything before you make the final payment.  We call this a zero defect policy, and it’s the standard to which we hold ourselves, project after project.  We will come back 90 days after you move in to take care of any adjustments that may need to be made. We will also come back one year after your project closes to make sure that everything is functioning as it should.
