This was a custom home, that was an insurance rebuild, after the original home was destroyed by fire. This vinyl home was built in a flood plain, therefore it was required that it be built at a certain height and be equipped with foundation flood vents. Inside, the homeowner chose beautiful dark bamboo floors, custom paint schemes and Ikea cabinets. It was designed in-house, by the Celtic Works design team.

Bannockburn

This custom home, designed by Catalyst Architects, is currently under construction in the Kilbourne Heights subdivision in Columbia. This home has a combination brick and Hardi-shake veneer, and has extensive custom mouldings and wide-plank pine floors inside.

This home was designed by the homeowner, with the help of Shales Design Service, LLC. Exterior veneer is a combination, brick and Hardi. Interior has lots of custom trim and built-in storage, installed by the homeowners father, an experienced carpenter.

Wheat 1 Custom Remodeling Project

This renovation was one of our favorite projects to date. The home was designed by Catalyst Architects, and consisted of a kitchen renovation, large new family/gathering room, wine room, and a conversion of a detached garage, into a guest retreat. The use of exposed cypress beams and stone fireplace, gave the new space a cozy rustic feel. The homeowner chose bright colors, which added to the warmth. The kitchen was renovated with traditional style custom cabinetry by Schrader Kitchens + Furniture, and honed granite countertops. Many unique custom touches were incorporated in this project, including the Celtic crosses in the iron railings and the stained glass windows in the guest retreat loft.

Joshua St Renovation

This project was a small renovation to the exterior of the home, consisting of stucco repairs, new railings and modern awnings. There were also some interior repairs to showers and new trim on the windows. The new exterior has a very modern look, which is what the homeowner wanted.

This house is the latest energy star home in Celtic Works’ portfolio. It is an energy star home and received a HERS rating, and features ThermoBlock Radiant Barrier Sheathing, low E windows, by Plygem, a 16 seer HVAC system by Stoudenmire Heating and Cooling, and energy star appliances.

Lelia’s Ct Kitchen

This project was a complete kitchen renovation. The homeowner hired Celtic Works, previously, to fix some extensive water damage to his siding, due to poor installation by a previous contractor. At the completion of the siding repairs, we began planning a massive kitchen renovation. The homeowner chose beautiful, modern custom cabinets that fit the walls and appliances seemlessly. The wood fire oven is probably the only one of it’s kind in Columbia, and is useful for cooking pizza, steak, and other culinary delights, to perfection! The new kitchen also features a hidden wine tower by Thermador, a 48″ gas range by Wolf and a 48″ side-by-side Sub-Zero refrigerator. All cabinet doors and drawers feature soft-close dampers to prevent slamming, and the drawers are metal framed, for durability.
