This house is in a craftsman style and was completed in 2006. It was built in an infill development in down town Columbia. The site was originally an arboretum and this house was one of four that we built on the same street. The house is on two levels and is 1560sq/ft. The second story is a complete owner’s suite, with 2 bedrooms downstairs. We used mahogany floors and IKEA cabinetry and accessories to compliment.
