This renovation was one of our favorite projects to date.  The home was designed by Catalyst Architects, and consisted of a kitchen renovation, large new family/gathering room, wine room, and a conversion of a detached garage, into a guest retreat.  The use of exposed cypress beams and stone fireplace, gave the new space a cozy rustic feel.  The homeowner chose bright colors, which added to the warmth.  The kitchen was renovated with traditional style custom cabinetry by Schrader Kitchens + Furniture, and honed granite countertops.  Many unique custom touches were incorporated in this project, including the Celtic crosses in the iron railings and the stained glass windows in the guest retreat loft.
